Veterans in Higher Education: Presented by Student Veterans of America

The Fordham Veterans Association will be hosting the CEO and executive vice president of Student Veterans of America (SVA) to give a lecture on veterans in higher education. This event is tailored to Fordham’s faculty and staff that support and interact with the nearly 500 student-veterans attending Fordham, but all are welcome to attend. The content covered in this lecture will allow professors to relate more closely to their student-veterans, assist admission/enrollment counselors to answer veteran inquiries, provide university deans with insight into the value that student-veterans bring to their respective colleges, and address a host of unanswered questions.
