Swanstrom Baerwald Award Ceremony

Join us as we honor Blain Cerney, GSAS ’10, with the Swanstrom Baerwald Award for his more than a decade of work with Catholic Relief Services. The Swanstrom Baerwald Ceremony honors our alumni who have shown excellence in the service of faith through the promotion of international peace and development. Cerney, senior technical advisor for CRS in El Ceremony, is an International Political Economy and Development alumnus who has worked extensively in Latin America and the Caribbean.

Cardinal Timothy Dolan, archbishop of New York, and Archbishop Gabriele Caccia, permanent observer of the Holy See to the United Nations, will attend the ceremony.

A light reception will follow the event.
