Lecture Series: Dean Gautschi and Dr. Broad

The Fordham Undergraduate Research Journal is proud to present:
Dean Gautschi, discussing his work on the “Purpose of Business” (Palgrave Macmillan, 2015). Prior to joining Fordham University, Dean Gautschi has served as a faculty member at Cornell University, Yale University, and the University of Washington.
Dr. Broad, discussing his latest book, “More Than Just Food: Food Justice and Community Change” (Berkeley: University of California Press, 2016). Dr. Broad will speak to how local and global food systems can help create prospering communities.
