International Law, the ICJ, and Genocide

Raz Segal, associate professor of Holocaust and genocide studies at Stockton University, will provide a historical overview of the development of international law with respect to genocide. He will then apply this history to analyze the International Court of Justice’s ruling in South Africa v. Israel.
