Forum: How Special Is New York City?

In this public forum, three experts address the question: “How special is New York City?” Even after two years of COVID lockdowns, Mayor Eric Adams noted “New York City is not a problem, it is a stroke of genius.” This forum brings together three diverse experts to review this topic.
