1:45 – 2:45 p.m.: Keynote, Tracie Seimon, Ph.D., “Stepping into an aeolian world—from the Andes to the Himalaya”

Seimon, director of the molecular laboratory at the Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS), conducts pathogen screening for the WCS zoological collection and field-based research projects, and has developed a mobile diagnostic lab for pathogen detection in the field.
