Alumni Chapter of Long Island: 2025 Private Orangetheory Class

Boost your heart and overall health with a bit of Orangetheory! We will be commemorating and celebrating National Nutrition Month with a private class at Orangetheory New Hyde Park.

Registration is $25 and includes an exclusive, one-hour full-body workout class led by Orangetheory’s certified personal trainers. There will be snacks, water, and some swag from Orangetheory.

Please note: Participants will be required to complete a liability form. Heart rate monitors will be provided for the duration of the workout class.
