Council on Foreign Relations Academic Conference Call: A World in Disarray

The International Political Economy and Development (IPED) Program will host a Council on Foreign Relations Academic Conference Call (CFR) titled, “A World in Disarray.” The call will be conducted by Richard N. Haass, president of CFR. The conference call will cover topics from his new book by the same title. Haass writes, “These are no ordinary times. It will not be business as usual in a world of disarray; as a result, it cannot be foreign policy as usual.”
