IPED Event: Elections and Politics in Pakistan

International Political Economy and Development (IPED) program alumni Aliyah Sahqani will be discussing the current events and political affairs of Pakistan, her home country. In the past, Sahqani has worked as a journalist, educational advisor, and program assistant for the UNDP and other development organizations around New York City and Washington, D.C. She has a strong background in economic and political research and development. Currently, she is pursuing a second master’s degree in economics at Fordham University.

This event consists of a 30- to 35-minute presentation followed by a 15- to 20-minute Q&A. Refreshments will be provided.
