Alumni Chapter of Long Island: 2024 Orangetheory Heart Month Class

Boost your heart with a bit of Orangetheory! We are commemorating and celebrating American Heart Month with a private class at Orangetheory New Hyde Park. We will enjoy an exclusive one-hour, full-body workout class led by Orangetheory’s certified personal trainers.

Registration is $25 and includes snacks, water, and a gift from Orangetheory. All participants will be required to complete a liability form. Heart-rate monitors will be provided for the duration of the workout class.
