Second Annual Fordham GSAS Three Minute Thesis Competition

Join us and show your support for the GSAS student community as contestants take on the Three Minute Thesis (3MT®) challenge and compete to win valuable research grant prizes.

The 3MT® is a research communication competition, developed by The University of Queensland in Australia, in which contestants present compelling orations on their thesis or dissertation research, including its significance and value—all in three minutes. Centered on helping students create clear and persuasive academic, presentation, and research communication skills, 3MT® supports students’ capacity to explain effectively their research in language appropriate to an informed but non-specialist audience.
