NEW YORK—Students from Fordham University, Westchester Community College and the Westchester Youth Council will participate in an open forum titled SPEAK-UP (Student Participants Embrace Aging Issues of Key Concern) on Wed., Oct. 20 from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Spellman Auditorium on the Marymount campus of Fordham University, 100 Marymount Ave., Tarrytown, NY.
Hosted by NBC correspondent Kendra Farn and MTV2 host Amanda Diva, the forum will give students the opportunity discuss the privatization of social security and Medicare, and to learn how local and national aging policies will affect them and their families.
