SUMMARY:GSS Professional Development Workshop: Yoga and Self-Care For Social Workers
DESCRIPTION:Come unwind between classes with Carol Gibney\, associate director of campus ministry and a yoga instructor\, at “Yoga and Self-Care for Social Workers.” Students will have the opportunity to take part in a relaxing yoga class that will incorporate a blend of practices. Yoga mats will be provided\, however\, participants are encouraged to bring a mat if they have one. \nSpeaker Bio:\nCarol Gibney is an Ignatian yoga teacher and campus minister at Fordham University. For the past four years\, she has taught the chapel yoga class for Fordham students and has led a number of retreats integrating Ignatian spirituality\, yoga\, and art. \n**All professional development workshops will be recorded and made available to current GSS students through the GSS YouTube channel**
