DESCRIPTION:The Fordham College Alumni Association invites you to a Charity Virtual Wine Tasting and Cellar and Vineyard Tour with Macari Vineyards in Mattituck\, New York\, on the North Fork of Long Island. Certified sommelier and master of wine candidate Gabriella Macari\, Gabelli ‘09\, will introduce you to two of Macari Vineyards’ newly released wines: the 2018 Chardonnay Estate and the 2016 Dos Aguas Red. \nVia Zoom\, you’ll go behind the scenes of the vineyard on a “virtual tour” and learn about tasting\, winemaking\, viticulture\, and the history of Macari Vineyards\, a family business. Ask any questions you have during the Q&A session. \nEvent details will be sent upon purchase\, and the deadline to order wine is Oct. 15. For your tasting\, you will order a two-bottle bundle (Chardonnay Estate 2018 and Dos Aguas Red 2016) using code “FCAA.” Visit https://macariwines.com/wine/macari-2-pack/ to order your wine.
