Elmo Hope Celebration Concert

The Elmo Hope Celebration Concert will honor the legacy of Bronx jazz pianist and composer Elmo Hope. This concert will feature a performance by the Bertha Hope Quintet, led by jazz pianist Bertha Hope, with special guest NEA Jazz Master Jimmy Owens, drummer Lucianna Padmore, bassist Kim Clarke, multi-instrumentalist Rafael Statin, and remarks on Bronx music history by Bob Gumbs.
